I’ve had multiple phone calls from news channels to “comment” on the latest clusterfuck “in the name of comedy.”
Some of the journos calling are people I am acquaintances with, and I feel horrible avoiding their calls. So I answer.

As a writer and performer, I am in love with my video editors.

Teaching kids about stand-up comedy, is actually teaching them about power. In India, we have a VERY skewed understanding of power- who has it, who doesn’t, when to wield it, when to give it up.
Because the power we come from defines that jokes we make, the jokes that land and the ones that don’t.
