The 2021 accident gave them an excuse to hike my rate and keep it high - and now I’m feed bullshit fluff excuses of NYS policy changes & inflation - all poorly vailed greed.

These companies are using a pricing model called “price optimization” - raising rates on people less likely to shop around, based on behavior patterns — not risk. So ironically, being loyal makes you a target.
