What being established org right now means just that any member with sufficient perms can host tournaments for that org.

To host tournaments under your own personal account or an org that is not established you will need "Supporter" Patreon tier. Every old perms are not valid anymore.

We will introduce a concept of established organization. Later than planned but otherwise follows roughly the plan as introduced here. To begin with these orgs are considered established:
