Well as a quick update, fucked up on the application for that charity bank account thing, so it's gonna take longer to get it, and I've mainly been using other social media's for a bit, but uh, saying to myself "I simply will not suffer body dismorphia" only helps for a short time.

OK so a friend of mine pointed me in the correct direction to where I can buy hrt medication from a place in London, which is going to be great, just gotta do the research on dosage and then I could possibly start by the end of the month, or next depending on when the cost of living payment happens.

I've asked my friends (that I have actually came out to) and since doing so they all say I've been more bubbly, jovial and expressive, which is honestly making me feel so much better about this too.

Welp I have now officially been referred to the GIC by my gp, and while I can assume it wasn't out of malice, my GP did in fact lie directly to my face. I corrected em on it and they looked it up and admitted their fault, but also thinks its a stupid fucking decision.

Well I've officially shaved for the first time since deciding. Gonna need to keep on top of it more than I had even considered before. Just my face for now anyway, while it doesn't make me look fem in the slightest, just reducing how masc I look feels great. Am remembering why I grew the beard tho.

Yknow, it only now occurs to me, maybe my attachment to my beard was due to my former insecurity about being too feminine in the past. I could see the basis for it at least.

What the fuck Scotland. Why is the only public gender affirmment clinic available to the region with 48% of the population got 8 years of expected waiting list. I am far too poor to go private too. I haven't looked at many options but the cheapest was £105 a month or £1150 annual.
