ininstall wasnt working and then i found a note that if packages not found in thonny use its own tools to install. WORKED. now functional. learing is challanging and fun! thanks for help.

not even brew worked. just installed numpy on another mini that doesnt have anything in packages installed. it worked perfect using pip3. will now strip the install on my original machine back to basic python. suspect install conflict. will include all thonny files in purge. then start over.

thanks for reply. will keep digging. on mac and apt not available. interesting because says it is installed but code says not there. package listers dont find it either.

here in colorado usa that is a fairly common winter temperature. if the fuel lines are leaking like that what are the coolant lines doing? (current colorado temps are breaking heat records though)

during ww2 on us west coast some factories buildings were disguised in ways that you couldnt tell which buildings were the production factory from the sites other buildings. japanese never launched an attack to test the work.

2018 appears to have major refit with better cranes and new top deck. reappears in 2019 with Adler name also in Cyrillic on the hull. pictures show a lot of heavy top deck cargo. good size for a roro ship.

250m tankers are nice targets to take out or cripple. that is a lot of oil that wont get transported. flag mentioned as Oman. currently still moving at 10kn but course is for local port not original baltic port.

narrow preference aoc over jd does not take into consideration that both individuals have built up sizable negative points in their own parties. jd has accrued a much larger build. i believe the standing is more aoc 45 and jd 40. i would not want to take odds on the ever expanding non affiliated.

saw a lot of these in use in japan/okinawa for sea defense. they withstand full major typhoon with no effect and protect the shores and people. tanks and armor are a lot less powerful than mother natures major typhoons.

i dont agree with shadow fleet tanker designation for this tanker conversion. posted data shows this ship is not capable of open sea (unless it is also submarine). converted light cargo to tanker river/light sea (coastal). i would not personally sail one of these into open sea. sink anyway.

took some digging but i found why confused registry on vessel. originally genaral cargo converted to river/light sea tanker craft. no suitable for open ocean.
