Hope you're ok Ryan, not sure what's happening but can imagine recent events...Well you know. As mentioned, therapy keep it up man. Two years ago I was going through the only therapy I truly accepted. Not so much forced, but ending up in a mental health unit after nearly dying, kinda forced my hand.
