Just got out of police detention for walking with fellow protesters toward Gaza.

No charges will be filed, but I’ve been banned from returning to the border area for 14 days. If I do, I’ll be arrested and charged.

If the atrocities are still ongoing in 14 days, I will return.

My grandma on my mother’s side was separated from her family and hidden from the Nazis at age 4. She often went days without food and survived mostly on stale bread dipped in milk.

My grandma on my father’s side spent months under siege in Jerusalem. She survived on bread dipped in olive oil.

Simple solution: Any Israeli or Palestinian who believes that relocation is a good idea should lead by example.

Sure buddy. I'm sure all it will take is another 85k tons of explosives.

Violence is always a great answer for the small-minded.

Hamas announced that they're withdrawing from the hostage deal. Horrible if true.

You'll see many reporting on this who will conveniently omit that this is a direct result of Israel continually violating the ceasefire and publicly stating that they plan to ethnically cleanse Gaza.

Have you noticed that many of those who are most supportive of relocating Gazans for their "own good" are the same people who were staunchly supportive of Israel destroying Gaza?

I guess ethnic cleansing feels better when it's veiled behind "empathy".

It's true that Gazans should be given the option to relocate while Gaza is rebuilt.

A far more just solution is to allow them to relocate to the West Bank with an option to return to Gaza once it's been rebuilt.

Many fellow Jews get upset when I criticize Israel, especially when done publicly for the world to see. Don't get me wrong I understand why this is triggering.

Let me explain why I believe this to be important:

Trump is going to deport Gazans the same way he made Mexico pay for the wall.

There's a claim going around that 64k babies have been born in Gaza since Oct 7th.

While this is currently unsubstantiated I fail to understand the relevance of such a claim.

The primary reason the world continues to turn against Israel has nothing to do with antisemitism. It's simply because people can't bring themselves to value Jewish lives more than Palestinian lives.

Valuing all humans equally is all that's necessary to be outraged with Israel.
