150 year old riverfront cotton mill located on 20 acres. 50,000 sqft of space. Some unused and some occupied by an active Classic car shop, an art studio and future event space.

This was a video shoot for a heavy metal bad. They used the small space, illuminated it with red lights and shot using a very wide angle lens. These photos are an attempt to demostrate the use.

You never know what we'll have inside. The upper side of the building looks abandoned, the backside has a river.... Once you find the door that leads down to the bottom you are greeted with as many as 20 projects in varying stages of assembly.
