I hear this kinda talk when I'm out and about and on local community pages. Local businesses had zero issues hiring undocumented and paying under the table but now all bad people come over. Propaganda works on people who feel left behind even if they never were. I grew and learned a lot did not.

Seeing women and POC in more positions of power now becomes DEI hires, meaning smart white men are being overrun by stupid women and POC.

I live in TX, they want gay people to go back in the closet and not be so out and proud. They want to be able to say words they used to say without any restrictions. They are tired of seeing an abundance of gay and trans people on TV. They feel now how all these people used to feel for decades.

So I'm getting the feeling that these people think DEI means a stupid non white person gets a job a smart white person should have, am I getting this right? 😕
