This post seems to epitomize what Jessica was talking about. Your experience of feeling healthier can't be denied, but it is the leap of attribution to seed oils and fructose, instead of something banal like calorie restriction, that is not something born out in well controlled studies.

Also, if limitations are resource based, wouldn't something like initial walking with an omnidirectional treadmill (with a similar support structure to this) reduce the space, staff, and time needed to mobilize?
