Did some damage at Cochinita & Co. last night. Love that they have chapulines, great w/ chips. Excellent Fideo. Cochinita Pibil was great too.

Trimming some of the bamboo that took a hit in the freeze. Gonna have some nice poles when they dry out. 👍

Post-freeze lemongrass haul. This is about 1/3 of it. Roots are still good and already saw some fresh shoots, it'll bounce back great in the spring. Gonna enjoy cooking with this batch!
