Could also try little rubber grommets/electrical tape between modules to eliminate contact points maybe?
I think the larger answer though is that 95% of euro users don’t notice, and another 4% don’t care.

I’d guess one particular module that has poor specs, or several, or perhaps more likely several with somewhat poor specs. One way of testing would be pull everything out and put everything back in one at a time. Start with the full on analog stuff and then adding digital. Impractical but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
