I've read the book at least half a dozen times. Couldn't agree more. At this point there's basically only 1 big surprise left that they haven't spoiled.

I will say though, the first teaser made me not want to see the movie. Sucked. New trailer has me excited tho.

Tim is really driving this ship into the ground. Liquid glass is so awful. So much stuff broken just for the sake of having made a change (regardless of whether or not it's good)

My mistake, it was calendar app Cron that was acquired by notion calendar... And that's what I used (and now I use notion calendar)

Resumé: (Didn't look at it) You skipped the pre-screen question about whether or not you are legally allowed to work in the USA.

Gut reaction: 🙄

Resumé: bachelor degree 2 years ago, 2 jobs, each 1 year long.

Gut reaction: I think we have different definitions for "senior developer" and "demonstrated experience"

Resumé: Times New Roman, very little organization, just bullet points with the occasional heading.

Gut reaction: This person doesn't have the eye / attention-to-detail / design chops to build the interfaces we need them to build.

In all likelihood, yes, moving back to root... could take years tho. Still, there’s an optics angle to it and v2 doesn’t quite feel right either.

I really don't think a query string param is going to be viable (too much work to pass it around), so that just leaves the path.

app.com/stuff
vs
app.com/new/stuff

I've always hated seeing "new" there in the wild; but have ZERO ideas for what's better.

What say you, cloud?!

It's a semi-white-label multi-tenant app that uses hostname to identify tenant; so we can't use hostname/subdomain to decide app routing.

As far as I can think, that just leaves... the rest of the URL.

And to contribute something... I was too poor to go to many live shows so I don't have many to draw on, but for me it's either MxPx for The Offspring, or Caliban for God Forbid.

I was surprised, but mostly because I have this weird belief that nobody likes the music I like - not anything to do with you. Hell yeah! 🤘🏻
