First of all, same-sex marriages aren’t mentioned in H.R. 8371.
Secondly, The VA does not define spouse as man & woman because of Obergefell v. Hodges ruling in 2015.
Likely we’ll see it overturned and bigots like Brecheen will get their way.

We saw 2 MAGAs there; do they know they offer Gender-Affirming employee care, robust LGBTQIA+ benefits, etc?

2A FYI - if you’re looking to CCW & you have a MMJ card. (bc we are!!)
#OKLEG must not have updated the document. If you have a MMJ card, it isn’t considered unlawful to carry.
An SDA isn’t required to CCW in OK anymore. For some reason, they’ve left the law on the books, which makes it confusing.
