I honestly can't express enough how amazing charities like Tommy's are. I can/will wax lyrical about them all through this journey. They provide incredible support and much more. I know they helped me and Lori immeasurably at the time when we needed it most. Please do support if you can.

Started today by choosing to walk to and from work. Got drenched by the rain on the way in...got drenched in my sweat on the way home. Got to love British weather!

In June, I'll be walking/running 60 miles with my 6 year old daughter raising money for Tommy's, in memory of my son, Imogen's bro, Alfie, who passed after being born at 20 weeks in 2023.

Anxieties like I've never felt before. Emotions I've never felt before. Following losing Alfie, I didn't know if we'd ever have another child. Nearly 18 months has passed...that pain remains and always will...but beyond happy to welcome this little man in to the world.

Kind of says it all. 21 shots, 3 on target...not good enough. Desperately need Dike, Maja and Armstrong at full match fitness...and also need the midfield contributing with goals. We won't get anywhere by having 3x as many shots as the opposition, but never hitting the target. #wba
