I personally think this is simply a money grab:
1. Crash the economy.
2. Forcing a stock sell off by average Americans.
3. Wait until the economy hits bottom.
4. Buy up all the stock at the lowest possible price.
5. Sit on that stock and wait for the bounce back.
6. Cash in on billions of dollars.
