Stopped at the new branch of the Spruce Grove Public Library. If Parkland School Division had a membership with the Yellowhead Regional Library, what would be the pros and cons? Always a cost per student, but would greater access to collection and support be an advantage to Spruce Grove and PSD?

The Parkland School Division Capital Project Plan identifies capital priorities, including a new K-9 school for Tonewood. But if it has not been granted funding to plan the development, and it is still years away, at best. Almost all residents wanted this priority to come to life...but when?
