I have a mysterious (to me) and often paradoxical method of picking which book to read on any given day. It results in several books traversing freely between ‘actively being read’ and ‘I’ll get back to this one soon (I hope)’

Today’s study session from Clashing Over Commerce focused on the Articles of Confederation’s weakness in its powers over trade policy and requisitioning of funds from the states. These weaknesses resulted in an acute revenue problem for the fledgling nation
