It looks great, but that salary seems disconnected from the amount of impact this person will have.

I preordered a book that took 1.5 years to ship. They sent zero notice when they were ready to ship, so it arrived at an old address that I no longer had access to. And they were *indignant* that I dared suggest that maybe it was irresponsible to not confirm a shipping address after all that time. 🤷‍♂️
