352 pages or thereabouts.
Time to figuratively stick it in a drawer for a while. Let it settle.

Lately, I’ve been reading a book about happiness and meditation. It contains this powerful idea that we are not our past experiences. We are not our dominant emotions. (In my case: depression / anxiety.) Our minds are vast, like the sky, our emotions merely clouds. Take each moment for what it is.
