I’ve tried my god damndest to support rail in this country but all I’ve ever experienced is massive delays, altered trips, and now this.

We need to start from scratch to get this right.

I love KC. It also feels like it’s at a bit of an inflection point.

-Crime feels out of control

-World Cup project is a mess

-Good plans for development but shaky economic outlook puts that in jeopardy

Hope this new city manager has the chops.

#KC what do we think this @kcstreetcar.org stop at 51st and Brookside will look like in five years?

Don’t be the crusty person from Nextdoor, get out and vote yes for KCMO schools today! 🗳️

I’m in the dark on this city manager suspension here in #KC, what do we really think is going on?
March 9, 2025 at 1:55 PM
This seems very much like an easy YES 🗳️.

Don’t let the FB/Nextdoor comment villains steer anyone against increasing educational opportunities in our community!

I understand the snow removal efforts taking up resources, but for real, are we going to get trash picked up anytime soon? Just sitting out there throughout the city.

People (older people in my life especially) have got to stop gobbling up every Trump headline with such shock and fury. It’s been like this for nearly a decade. The guy sucks. But don’t let your attention get siphoned away from an impactful life.

Walked to sledding hill with kids, played snow ball with pups, have a fireplace going, soup on the stove, and a relaxing, win-win scenario football game?? Heaven. Today is heaven.

I was skeptical but really enjoyed A Complete Unknown — doesn’t dive deep but smoothly sails through early Dylan years with impressive performances by Timothée Chalamet

Was at Ward Parkway mall with family last night and it was a nightmare of cars and near accidents.

In an alternate reality, had everyone been on foot, it would’ve been an energizing, bustling holiday weekend.

Never seen Interstellar and noticed it’s in theaters potentially for the last week…

Busy busy week ahead, but is it worth moving things around to go see it? 🍿

Any #KC Centurions on here? Was close to doing the program a few years back when life had other plans.

Would love to revisit it and hear others experiences.
