Hell yeah that sounds sick.
Maybe even keep the bonds system the same and /the next/ one-shot does the same and you just keep propagating. Would probably need to be a podcast or something for it to have impact to anyone except the DM.

I don't think this is what you are suggesting but I enjoy the idea that for each Bond actor, the previous Bond actors films exist /as films/ in that Bonds world.

IMO the biggest damage was done by Skyfall confirming that "Bond" was his actual family name and not a codename.
