Is there any scenario where forced arbitration can benefit a consumer alleging damages?

Canon’s R5 II is one of the most underrated cameras ever released.

Cons?
• Some power workflow could be better: -no USB PD without a decoupler. -battery life could be more efficient.

• Screen deployment is the same 🤷‍♂️

Pros?
• Everything else: color, AF, codecs, IBIS, it goes on and on.

Two client photos and a client footage still to demonstrate: the Canon #R5MarkII is somehow the most underrated camera released in 2024.

It is heads and tails the best hybrid camera ever released.

I never really take photos that aren’t for work or family anymore, but late Monday evening when I was leaving a photo job at @notredame.bsky.social and The Main Building looked like this, I felt compelled to take a camera back out.

My one year old has recently taken up what can accurately be described as banshee shrieking. It caused me to wonder if perhaps hearing loss from aging is instead hearing loss from parenting.
