Is it just me or does her hair look better in these screenshots than the trailer?

Looks like a patch panel, so it’s probably data connectors.

Have you ever thought of tilting up the strip to bounce off your clear story? I’ve done that on projects before and found it to look quite nice for filling out a space as well.

Your point on people preferring “daylight” color temp instead of getting the correct amount of light is a known thing. I can cite some sections of the IES handbook if needed. If I recall correctly it’s due to the aging of the eye causing a yellow filter to form on the eye itself.

Something about those plans being a weird scale is making me doubt this is real.

Gotta make sure you're using Keyboard(X) and not GameInput Gamepad(XboxX). Confuses me all the time.

We’ll also learn if Farming Simulator could actually have had the janky driving physics fixed this whole time.

PS3’s XMB, Wii Channels, and the 360’s blades were the peak and it’s been downhill since. Crazy how you can’t even really theme the PS5 UI unless Sony is in the mood to allow it.

Did you make sure to give the chain physics using parameters?

Feels like the mastering and mixing (?) was better for games during that era as well, even without any special audio frameworks. Somehow, it appears things got rather flat and the range shrunk, similar to how movie audio has been lately.

From my understanding, yes, that’s the limitation.

The fact that the OOB families aren’t just purged completely is wack. You’d think that’d be at least automated internally for each release.

Gotta give you bonus points for that accurate IES used on the wall area light in the first image 🔎 It looks like a NEMA type 2 distribution.

You can even export natively (!!) from #Revit including materials (!!!!) by importing a DWFX file. Which Max only exports.

This is a known issue that’s been brought up on various forums. No idea on a fix though.

Is it just me or does the cloud cover not affect the light amount?

Bonus points if they say to use the python dynamo library.

If only they were able to release a version that could be locally run.
February 11, 2025 at 3:40 PM
That’s wild. I was under the impression that they had lost the source code long ago. Hopefully they were able to get the internal dev tools too.
February 11, 2025 at 3:38 PM
I'm not sure that they have the source to even attempt a proper fix.

How likely is it that this “pausing” closes revit without saving or syncing?
February 7, 2025 at 5:58 PM
Wish they had more technical patch notes.
