I mean it was literally one of the Conservatives' election policies last summer, absolutely surreal to see Labour proposing the same now. Added to Torsten Bell's horrendous proposals to stop giving money to young disabled yesterday, even the Tories wouldn't have dreamt of being this sadistic.

Err, did the Tories win the election? I'm pretty sure this was literally a Tory policy last summer. Why the big push to screw the young and disabled, do they have some evil quota to meet?
