I also found all relevant subreddits (I lurk in those, but not actively contribute) I could post into, but my posts often get taken down. So it just feels like a lot of work with little return, and I figured someone must have surely done something like this.

Will do! What I’m currently planning on doing if i don’t find a tool is to post on the 20 reddit posts I found that ask for a solution my product delivers, so I was planning to reply to those with a link to my app and to setup a UTM campaign to track where traffic comes from.

I use @postsyncer to make this work. I spend ~1 hour on Sundays writing and scheduling content for the week using drafts I save whenever ideas hit. It also cross-posts effortlessly to X, Bluesky, and Threads. Total game-changer for staying consistent, I love it!

No by second launch I meant it was the second product I launched on PH, the first one was back in March 2025. But yeah you can technically launch updated versions of your product in PH so it can be confusing.
