Devlog 5: Added a little UI based on the FF7 Chocobo racing one that shows live positions - States for when using a speed boost, victory states when finishing, or a defeat state for coming last.

May have to start thinking about proper art instead of my epic placeholders soon. 🤔

Devlog 4: Limited Stamina and speed boosting added - Logic so that further back Racers are more likely to use it.

Some of these races are starting to get fun to watch!

Devlog 3: Randomised start line ordering, Racers now have names assigned to display above them and at the finish screen, Automated & extendable camera system.

Been playing a bunch more OG FF7, spending a lot of time doing Chocobo racing. Also been watching videos on Majora's Mask Blue Dog. So have been inspired back into a bit of game dev to try and create a racing minigame.

Proof of concept is looking promising after the first evening! #gamedev #unity
