With this logic Valve could look at Silksong and go "we will not distribute content that appears, in our judgment, to depict sexual conduct involving a minor. thank you bye have a good day". You can see how it makes no sense without details.

These Ubi executives need to face consequences for this incompetence. They take investors money, force studios to chase trends making games nobody asked for, game doesn’t have the expected return, then a year later they shut down the game, close the studio and fire everyone, repeat. Ridiculous.
