How To Do Nothing is a book I read on release and I come back to it so often (although I haven't read the full thing since).
It was such a timely book

I remember watching a video a while ago about Montreal housing and how it differed from the rest of Canada. It's wild how a different language (which does diminish a lot) can inform the housing supply
