For a while I’ve been looking for a medium I can use on a small scale that’ll give the same diffused aesthetic that I get in my paintings. I think I’ve found it! These are pastel drawings (I’ve been using PanPastels) on cotton rag, A3 size.

This chap was based on the Green man. The Green Man is a figure from folklore symbolizing rebirth, fertility, growth, and the cycle of life, death, and renewal. This painting is titled "lichenlock", from 2023.
