I agree. That’s why I say “perhaps”. It may simply be impossible to do it but even saving one life makes it worth discussing at least.

Nothing can ever completely protect the public. Any steps would be imperfect, expensive, cause delay & lots of other issues. But this is half term. Numerous kids will likely have been on this train.

It’s just ridiculous. It’s clear the husband dealt with the licence and forgot all about it as the estate agents said they’d deal with it. It’s also likely she either never knew about the licence or just immediately forgot about it as it had been dealt with. She’s rather busy. So pathetic.
