Blurry pics of the raptors that perpetually circle Crane HIll. A kite and a buzzard. Easiest way to tell them apart is tail. Buzzards have a spade-shaped tail. Kites are forked.

No roads lead to Crane Hill. If you climb to the top, you're almost guarunteed to have it to yourself. Just you and the crows.

There's a lovely Ozymandias quality to this fence post. It's high on a hill, in a remote field. Evidently the post was salvaged from somewhere else on the farm and has since stood for decades, part of a tumbledown boundry, declaring DANGER to indifferent crows.
