He meant it like that, especially the kissing part. But he wanted to make sure they would have a good time there and maybe they also could talk. He had missed hearing Alex voice and the ramble she was doing when she was talking about something. Or just being cute.

"Alright, maybe I have a spot for us. I know God loves to be there when she wants to watch the city. I will take you there, and then you will have a good view. Also, bring some snacks with you. I don't want you to starve there. But also be prepared that I want more kisses." >
