I remembered to post to social accounts. Here's a failed heat pipe. No kinks or bends, just isn't conducting heat. Must've leaked and gone dry inside 🤔

I entirely forgot to post anything here. So here's an Asus Zephyrus with Liquid Metal leaking all over the CPU 👌
There's a line of silicone sealant to keep it contained, but I suspect heat and expansion allowed the LM to blow through it.
Took some cleaning, but the laptop survived!
