How Israel escapes accountability: Every time an American is killed by Israeli forces or settlers, Israel promises to "investigate"... 1. Investigations drag on for years or quietly disappear 2. no soldiers, police or settlers are ever charged 3. US laws like the Leahy Law block military aid to human rights abusers, but they're never enforced on Israel and 4. US leaders stay silent, afraid to hold Israel accountable. Israel knows it can kill Americans and face no consequences. That's why it keeps happening.

In 2025 Israeli settlers injured at least 350 Palestinians, with 27 attacks in just the first week of July alone, resulting in these casualties (UN). Sayfollah Musallet is at least the 7th American killed since October 7, 2023, by Israeli forces or settlers. He joins names like Rachel Corrie, Shireen Abu Akleh, Aysenur Eygi, and teens Tawfiq Ajaq and Mohammad Khdour — Americans who’ve lost their lives at the hands of Israel, either before or after Oct. 7. These numbers are likely undercounted.

US Response to american deaths: His father, Kamel Musallet, said he's only received condolences from "someone" at the US Embassy in Jerusalem, but not from any American officials in the US. "Where is the concern? My son is an American... a kind person, a good person." @Zeteo reports that earlier last week, several Republican senators were asked if they knew the number of Americans killed by Israel since October 7. None of them could answer...
