US slowly getting a look at what doing business in a world without goodwill looks like. They've had a bit of a window where bully tactics overlap with some residual trust from the old way of doing business. Gonna be interesting when all they have left is pounding the table.

Not my province, but wouldn't this be an ideal spot for Ford to put money where mouth is and bring in a provincial EV rebate that applies to cars with Y% of supply chain tracing back to Canada/Ontario? or are EV rebates not Conservative enough any more?

Basically this, or pro a-holism on the idea that at some point you have to push back against a-holism with some of the same. A lot of people just don't want to go there.

Haha fun moment but honestly feel like the celebration might’ve been a little heavy after that series. Totally get gravity of the moment and beating a team you don’t like, but maybe had them coming into this one with the wrong mindset. You’ve got 46 hours to do something unlikeable, Seattle!

In all of this, can’t lose sight of fact that AI is here to stay. Def be mindful of threats, but gotta identify opportunities too and jump on them. Very likely the working world and capitalism as we know them are in line for some kind of disruption. We get to help decide what that world looks like

Def need guard rails to prevent egos from running wild, but gotta be careful or guard rails on this side of the Pacific end up only creating an opening for less constricted nations and actors who don’t share our values to run the table.

Important to be ahead of for sure. For now the new Sora app won’t let you generate a video if it has a picture of someone else in it. That doesn’t mean that a race to the bottom isn’t on the way where other less morally inclined services won’t put that power in anyone’s hands easily and soon
