It’s possible the west shore ridings might flip blue. But red? Like the polls suggest they could?

That’s a tough sell….

(If they are beaten though, then those parties were destined for the dustbin of history anyway. Will that implication make people less likely to abandon them? I think it just might… #yyj)

How’s the tree shortage emergency, Devin?

Did they run out like people were told they would? Are there none left?

Because we’re so concerned about narratives.
March 21, 2025 at 4:45 AM
Oh always so dramatic, Devin. Was it also tyranny when it was protests outside Horgan’s constituency office over the tree stuff?

Or with not enough doctors?

Always an emergency.

Yeah because 2024 was such an easy ride for the NDP…

Anyhoo, all of this is fun to watch. Thanks for the chat.

I wonder if the councillors will agree in time? It’s too late for them to avoid getting involved after all. I suppose we’ll find out.

I suspect that anybody who tells you they understand what happens out in Langford probably isn’t paying very close attention.

As for who you think my friends are, I am a friend to all. A humble chronicler of events.

I understand the experience is quite subjective. It seems to be less enjoyable when one based in Victoria gets involved in Langford. From what I’ve been told at least.
March 21, 2025 at 3:38 AM
Of course there wouldn’t be anything wrong.

I just didn’t know what you meant? Langford politics is random people thinking a lot of odd things about me that I’ve never understood.
March 21, 2025 at 3:34 AM
Devin, you were with involved with Langford Now and then you were involved with the Greens. You won one and then lost the other.

I don’t know how that has anything to do with me, BS, or getting “pulled into” anything.

If anything, I got pulled into all that… You were all out here before I was.
March 21, 2025 at 3:27 AM
Oh Devin, you’re here too. Feels like just yesterday we did the thing with the Alex Jones gif.

Sorry about the Green campaign stuff. It was mostly the NDP.
March 21, 2025 at 3:17 AM
State of the world has changed, certainly. Nothing’s too distracting not to make time for Langford posts though, eh?

That place is wild. Once you get hooked, it really doesn’t let you go, does it?
March 21, 2025 at 3:11 AM
I’ve been busy, Bentley.

I was thinking about all of you from 2022 just the other day. Feels like it was just yesterday, doesn’t it?

How are things?
March 21, 2025 at 2:09 AM
Disingenuous? No, I honestly wasn’t sure if that really was him or somebody playing games earlier.

But then I noticed you had responded to him 12 days ago and I suspected it was unlikely you’d be doing that with a parody account of him (but you never can be too safe, so I still added a disclaimer)
