Marco Rossi is a 23 year old center that has surpassed 20 goals in his first 2 full years in the NHL and has been HEALTHY! But it sounds like there's little interest in anything but a bridge deal and he is constantly in trade speculation. What's not to like? Make it make sense!

Something that has always puzzled me is that a player who has played the center position for their entire amateur career "are viewed as a wing by NHL teams." What skills are they missing to play center at the highest level?

With Hartman's recent suspension in mind; is there any contractual stipulations where a player's contract can be terminated due to suspensions? Like if a player get's X number of suspensions, their contract is scrapped (instead of bought out) or is that not allowed?

We always hear about forward prospects being "viewed as a winger in the NHL", even when they have played center throughout their career (Boldy for example). What skills are lacking that the hockey minds don't think they can play center at a high level?
