This was especially interesting because I
1. Did not check in on Letterboxd, Facebook, or make any other social media posts relating to Companion or that I was going to the movies.
2. Did not use my phone to buy my ticket.
3. Did not say the words “Companion” or “Movie” aloud all night.

After fencing practice, I went to see “Companion” at the Violet Crown in Cville (which was excellent btw, highly recommend). When I got back to my car and opened Spotify, I found a suggestion for the Companion soundtrack in my playlist library.
