Has anyone had creamy chitterlings before? My niece made these.

Who else still has to cook something? I have to bake the sweet potato pie I didn't make yesterday and make 2 more cheesecake pies requested last night. Plus I have to make yams. The strawberry cheesecake pie i made Tuesday so it could set. As you can see it took a nose dive.😭
