Time is my friend. Remaining in the now is an opportunity to feel the all encompassing presence of the Supreme Being truth and serenity needed to remain in a safe inner space protected by divine Grace. To anything triggering my fight or flight impulse I say… “This is a wave, but I’m the ocean”
