It’s often not just one thing, it could be:
💙 Tight pelvic floor muscles. Testosterone can increase muscle bulk and tension.
💙 Genital changes, such as atrophy or increased sensitivity.
💙 Surgical factors; post-op changes and scar tissue.
💙 Avoiding the toilet due to safety or access concerns.
