The definition of lesbian is "female" homosexual.

Gender ≠ Sex. So a TW+TW is a gay couple, and a TM+TM is a lesbian couple.

They're still Transmen and Transwomen because that is gender identity.

The maths path is to show that only 2 integers exist in a binary, if something has more than 2 integers then it doesn't qualify as a binary.

To disprove the claim that sex is binary, then present the 3rd chromosome that disqualifies it.
