Went to the outdoor Xmas market at Lansdowne last night. 27 of the little huts were empty / closed. None of the fires were lit. Bleak and definitely not festive.

So if you're not aware of any specific threat or risk, why is the change necessary? You should be able to articulate this to the people you represent. If not, you should be able, as a city councillor, to get those answers and share them... I expect the same from my councillor, @jleiper.bsky.social

“Influencer” has a negative connotation for me and severely discounts your credentials as a great journalist. If it was me, I wouldn’t lean into the influencer label.
