Well happy December I guess. I seriously need 2025 to be better for me health wise than 2024 was. I'm currently wearing a heart monitor and I'm scared of what the results will be. 🥺

Thanksgiving dinner
Pot Roast with carrots and onions, mashed potatoes, sausage stuffing, biscuits and rolls.

I am excited for the holidays. For Thanksgiving we are going for a nontraditional pot roast dinner. I've never made one before so I'm excited.

For Christmas I'll be making my traditional manicotti from scratch. I'll also be bringing back my Italian rainbow cookies which were a hit last year.
