To start: I hate JK Rowling and think she’s trash.
However today’s mood is super angry at #RomanceCon authors for taking such a hardline stance in what is ultimately a complex situation and only punishing their fans while having no actual real impact on the person causing harm. (Joanne, that bitch)

I asked an immigration lawyer I know what to do if I see ICE on campus (where I’m a professor) because I’m worried that without a plan I’m just going to scream, “Get bent you Nazi fucks!” He didn’t have any advice for me because they can just kidnap anyone these days with no recourse.
