Being sneaky and frustrating other players isn't ever going to be seen in a positive light. Also the whole point of Speranza and its lore is to work together to overcome the ARC.

Having witnessed the fate of first three Scoot Bloops, the last one thought to themself "Why am I doing this? Is this really all there is?" Mario and Luigi hopped in confusion as the Bloop stood there so arrested with existential dread it would not turn and leave.

Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time contains an unused enemy called the Scoot Bloop, a Blooper whimsically wearing shoes. It has two attacks: a regular one and a "do nothing forever" attack where it just freezes in place and refuses to end its turn, trapping the player indefinitely.
