Would it work for you to add that node in the certain scene, and refer to it with a % (scene unique name)? You can add it programmatically when you start that level/scene.

Here's a layman's attempt:

It’s the motion of the electrons that makes things happen. In an old-style lightbulb (incandescent), the electrons trying to move along the narrow wire cause heat and light. Works in either direction.

You pay for the grid to push your electrons.

And even once I dug out the credentials, (i) the game failed to start and (ii) it opened a pop-up ad on my screen.

And by "stole" I mean: the game required me to make an account and it mysteriously forgot my credentials even though I didn't uninstall it. Now it's lost unless I remember an account from years ago.

Congrats! The game also works on phones, but there the font's just a bit too small. I noticed on PC that I could zoom in/out but the pinch gesture didn't work on my iphone. Maybe adding that will make playing on the phone work for more people!

Very cool! I love the system you put together here. The game is fun, the theme is well presented and I love how we build a story in our heads from simple elements!

I was expecting a game I could "play" while doing something else but this is better!

itch.io is the popular choice. Then make sure to link to it in a Bluesky post tagged #godot so we see it.

Sorry, between the ad at the top, bottom, and now a full-screen ad as well this is too much. Unfollowed.

Last software made it less convenient to turn off the Quest, I hope they won't continue this trend.

Great idea! All games should do that!
April 25, 2025 at 2:27 AM
Well I fail to see the advantage, but don't let that stop you! (Btw this would be called base 6. We name the bases after the first number you have to write as "10").

Yes the way Americans describe their squares is very confusing. And after asking online about whether pounds measure mass or force (got no consensus), I'm not about to ask online about the difference between "square inch", "inch square", and "squared inch".

Looks cool! Reminds me of GodotOS. Love the idea of games with stylish and actually usable computers in them.

This is super well done! Congrats!
