I finished it yesterday. Solid 7/10 I knocked it hard from maybe a 8-9 because the environments are just really poor. It's a real shame because it muddies some of the awesome moments in it with the lacking scenery and boring corridors. Damn strong cast though and voice actors and story.

Good start to the list. Also not a big fan of FF7 in comparison to what all came out around it.

Which is something to be said about old video game development and release cadence. Bangers were pushed out every year.

If you had OOT as a kid when it just came out then you were blown away. It was something never seen before. The same can be said about FF7. I agree once you take them out of that context though. Majoras Mask is more refined, and FF8&9 are imo better than 7. There's only a year or two between these.

Yakuza 0 is the best budget $5 anyone could ever spend on a game.

Vg OSTs are what make some games stand out way above others. metal gear rising revengeance is a clear example of it. This game is highly remembered for its OST and memes.

Final fantasy X

Politics burn out. Not much anyone can do but wait for midterms or any crazy social unrest events.
