Our Everything Tree at the office is being decked out for #BlackHistoryMonth. They are still putting decorations on with images of important people in history and other cool bits of info. Unfortunately, the lights died, so we get to find holiday lights out of season.

Took forever (3 hours, my ass), but look, Ma, I passed! I have saved as a PDF, printed multiple copies (like the one I taped into the cover of my day planner) and sent a copy to HR. My notebook of notes is being tucked away for the renual in 5 years.

Omw home with the "New thing for the house" that can't be used up aka NEW STEAK AND KITCHEN KNIVES! Just in time for me to cut up multiple heads of cabbage. Previous years were fuzzy blankets, silverware, towels, etc.

Turkey Day was good. Had dinner later than usual, didn't make cinnamon rolls for breakfast because everyone slept in, so we had a danish instead. Made my Malaysian and Indonesian friends jealous via the #Line chat. Good day, overall.
